Team
Copper Design Makers is a proprietor ship concern. Mr. Md Aslam is a founder and mentor. He also supervises the manufacturing & R & D section. He deals with every day challenges of production manufacturing technique. Mr. Aslam is considered the only man to introduce Copper Bathtubs, Kitchen Sinks, Stainless Steel Flatware, Kitchen Ware, and Bar Ware in Moradabad. He is technically expert.
Mr. Aslam has an extensive background in the Copper bath tubs, Kitchen sinks Stainless Steel Cutlery ware, Kitchenware and Bar Ware, etc. He has a keen eye for design and practical knowledge. Mr. Aslam has inherited this manufacturing skill and ability from his ancestors who have been recognized as peerless leaders in their field for many generations. 250 artisans work under his direct supervision. The beauty of our company lies in the unique expression of each item. Our designers have great expertise in their skill and they put their heart into every item created.
Fabrication facility
Copper Design Makers produces quality copper and stainless steel manufactures copper ans steel products in it's own fabrication facility. Most suppliers purchase their products from a third party, having no control over the manufacturing process. We have a covered area of 3000 Sq. yards. We use only durable & heavier sheets in making our product. Normally, we use copper sheets in 16 gauges with copper contents 99.95% and we use stainless steel grade 14/1 , 18/0, and 18/10 for cutlery, kitchen ware and barware items. The copper and steel we use is only the finest of solid copper and steel, our bathtub/sinks and Stainless Cutlery ware , kitchen ware and bar ware items are completely food-safe i.e. we also provide Lab/SGS testing report verifying the genuineness of copper and steel.

We make our product in different finishes as; Shinny polished, Copper Antique, Patinas- Old French patina, Nickel, Pewter, Tin-plated and PVD Coating
Quality Control
We do not compromise on quality because it is the prime factor. To save our customers from receiving poor quality or poor specification goods, we maintain strict quality control during manufacturing of our products. Every item is carefully inspected before it is shipped. Therefore, our buyers receive the quality that they need. We take the responsibility for damaged or breakage of the goods in the form of replacement.
On line Inspection
We provide on line inspection on the items that we pack.
Packing:
Our packing is very exclusive having the norms of UPS packaging.
We use polythene bags + bubbler + PU Foam. Thence we put it into strong plywood case. We pack the Tubs/Sinks inside the cases in such a manner that movement inside the cases is impossible. The inside of case is “lined” with various materials e.g. stout & damp resisting paper etc. to prevent the damage by water, air, or insects. In addition, the goods is wrapped & generously padded to avoid scratching and knocking against the cases.

Warranty: Our products are warranted from manufacturer defects (leaking/rusting etc.) for 5 years.
Delivery Time: We take maximum 45 days for making the volume worth the capacity of 40’ feet container.
Payment: We execute the business on 50% as advance and 50% on B/L OR against irrevocable L/C.
